- 1/2 head red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 red bell peppers, roasted, peeled, seeded, and julienned
- 1/2 large onion, julienned
- 1 dill pickle, julienned
- 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Recipe
- 1 in large bowl, combine all ingredients very well. season to taste with salt and pepper. keep refrigerated.
