Seafood Salad With Hearts Of Palm

Ingredients

- 1 -2 ounce smoked salmon
- 5 large shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 2 -3 hearts of palm, sliced
- 2 -3 ounces red cabbage, steamed
- 1 shallot, sliced and steamed
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- ground pepper
- 1 egg, hard cooked
- 2 ounces tzatziki, sauce
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients, once cooled, except egg and tzatziki sauce, and place in serving dish.
- 2 slice egg either in half, lengthwise, or in quarters, and lay atop the salad.
- 3 layer tzakziki sauce over the salad. refrigerate until use, within 20 hours.
