Roasted Cabbage

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 head cabbage, about 2 to 3 pounds
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  • 2 cut the cabbage into eighths, leaving the core intact (leaving the core intact will hold the wedges of cabbage together while you are roasting them).
  • 3 place the olive oil in a shallow pan or plate with a high rim. rub each cabbage wedge in the olive oil, making sure all surfaces are covered.
