Roasted Cabbage Wedges

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 medium head of cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons bacon bits (the real kind)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 425 degrees. (you can also grill or microwave.).
  • 2 cut the cabbage into at least 4 to 6 wedges, cutting pole to pole.
  • 3 combine all the ingredients except the cabbage in a small bowl.
  • 4 place each wedge on a piece of foil that is large enough to wrap the wedge. drizzle about 2 tbsp of the marinade on each wedge. wrap each wedge in the foil.
  • 5 bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or up to an hour, depending on how soft you like your cabbage.
