Ingredients

- 1 head red cabbage
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
Recipe
- 1 slice red cabbage thinly.
- 2 put in medium pot add rest of ingredients except butter.
- 3 cover and cook on low heat for 45 minutes.
- 4 at the end when is done add butter.
- 5 can be eaten hot or cold.
