Pancit

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs lamb chops
  • 2 (6 ounce) packages rice noodles
  • 16 ounces frozen green beans
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 -3 stalks celery, diced
  • 8 green onions
  • 4 ounces carrots, shredded
  • 1 small cabbage, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 boil lamb chops for 30-45 minutes.
  • 2 let lamb chops cool and pull apart into bite size pieces. remove the fat.
  • 3 reserve broth.
  • 4 soak rice noodles in cold water for 10-15 min until soft.
  • 5 heat oil and saute onions and garlic until soft.
  • 6 add celery and carrots continue stir frying for 2-3 minutes.
  • 7 add cabbage and stir fry for about 5 minutes more.
  • 8 add green beans and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • 9 add about 1/4 c broth and 1/4 c soy sauce and bring to a boil.
  • 10 pull noodles apart with hands to make in closer to bite size pieces before draining.
  • 11 add 1/4 c broth, if needed.
  • 12 add noodles and mix together.
  • 13 serve immediately.
