Ingredients
- 4 lbs lamb chops
- 2 (6 ounce) packages rice noodles
- 16 ounces frozen green beans
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 -3 stalks celery, diced
- 8 green onions
- 4 ounces carrots, shredded
- 1 small cabbage, shredded
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 boil lamb chops for 30-45 minutes.
- 2 let lamb chops cool and pull apart into bite size pieces. remove the fat.
- 3 reserve broth.
- 4 soak rice noodles in cold water for 10-15 min until soft.
- 5 heat oil and saute onions and garlic until soft.
- 6 add celery and carrots continue stir frying for 2-3 minutes.
- 7 add cabbage and stir fry for about 5 minutes more.
- 8 add green beans and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
- 9 add about 1/4 c broth and 1/4 c soy sauce and bring to a boil.
- 10 pull noodles apart with hands to make in closer to bite size pieces before draining.
- 11 add 1/4 c broth, if needed.
- 12 add noodles and mix together.
- 13 serve immediately.
