Ingredients

- 3 1/2 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded (approx 1/8th of a small head)
- 1 teaspoon brown mustard
- 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
- garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 cube the chicken into bite sized pieces, add to a hot pan. cook for 2 mins and add a 1/4 cup water to loose from bottom of pan. turn and immediately add the cabbage. stir frequently until cabbage starts to wilt and chicken is cooked through.
- 2 add mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- 3 pour all into a bowl and enjoy.
