Mustard Chicken And Cabbage - Hcg Phase 2

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3 1/2 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded (approx 1/8th of a small head)
  • 1 teaspoon brown mustard
  • 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cube the chicken into bite sized pieces, add to a hot pan. cook for 2 mins and add a 1/4 cup water to loose from bottom of pan. turn and immediately add the cabbage. stir frequently until cabbage starts to wilt and chicken is cooked through.
  • 2 add mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • 3 pour all into a bowl and enjoy.
