Miso Soup

Ingredients

- 3 inches wakame seaweed, strip
- 1 tablespoon miso
- 1 handful watercress, finely chopped
- 2 leaves chinese cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 sheets nori, seaweed cut into fine strips
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
Recipe
- 1 pre-soak the wakame strip in a bowl for 2 minute.
- 2 bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pan and reduce the flame to a simmer.
- 3 add wakame strip and simmer for 3 minute.
- 4 put miso paste in cup and dilute it with 2 tbsp of cold water.
- 5 add miso mixture to pan, stir, and simmer gently for 1 minute.
- 6 add watercress and chinese cabbage leaves and turn off heat.
- 7 serve with strips of cabbage.
- 8 add a pinch of grated ginger.
- 9 enjoy!
