Miso Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3 inches wakame seaweed, strip
  • 1 tablespoon miso
  • 1 handful watercress, finely chopped
  • 2 leaves chinese cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 sheets nori, seaweed cut into fine strips
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated

Recipe

  • 1 pre-soak the wakame strip in a bowl for 2 minute.
  • 2 bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pan and reduce the flame to a simmer.
  • 3 add wakame strip and simmer for 3 minute.
  • 4 put miso paste in cup and dilute it with 2 tbsp of cold water.
  • 5 add miso mixture to pan, stir, and simmer gently for 1 minute.
  • 6 add watercress and chinese cabbage leaves and turn off heat.
  • 7 serve with strips of cabbage.
  • 8 add a pinch of grated ginger.
  • 9 enjoy!
