Judy's Tax Season Corned Beef And Cabbage

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • corned beef
  • 1 cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon pickling spices
  • 4 -6 red potatoes

Recipe

  • 1 in large kettle, cover corned beef with water, add spices and bring to boil.
  • 2 lower heat and simmer 3 hours.
  • 3 slice cabbage into wedges, wash potatoes.
  • 4 add potatoes and cook 1/2 hour, then add cabbage and cook 15 minutes.
