Ingredients

- corned beef
- 1 cabbage
- 1 tablespoon pickling spices
- 4 -6 red potatoes
Recipe
- 1 in large kettle, cover corned beef with water, add spices and bring to boil.
- 2 lower heat and simmer 3 hours.
- 3 slice cabbage into wedges, wash potatoes.
- 4 add potatoes and cook 1/2 hour, then add cabbage and cook 15 minutes.
