Japanese Cabbage Salad Ii

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 4 tablespoons slivered almonds
  • 2 packages ramen noodles (top ramen)
  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 4 -5 green onions, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup oil (less 2 tbsp)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 mix dressing and marinate sliced cabbage and chopped onions for approximately 4 hours.
  • 2 toast sesame seeds, almonds and ramen noodles on cookie sheet at 400 degrees.
  • 3 toss toasted items into marinated cabbage just before serving.
