Japanese Cabbage Salad Ii
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons slivered almonds
- 2 packages ramen noodles (top ramen)
- 1 head of cabbage
- 4 -5 green onions, chopped
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup oil (less 2 tbsp)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 mix dressing and marinate sliced cabbage and chopped onions for approximately 4 hours.
- 2 toast sesame seeds, almonds and ramen noodles on cookie sheet at 400 degrees.
- 3 toss toasted items into marinated cabbage just before serving.
