Ingredients

- 1 head cabbage, cored
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 slices bacon
Recipe
- 1 core the cabbage and leave whole.
- 2 put the stick of butter into the hole.
- 3 lay the 6 slices of bacon over the top of the cabbage.
- 4 wrap the cabbage in foil.
- 5 cook on the grill/smoker until it is soft.
- 6 unwrap and place on a platter or in a bowl.
- 7 slice it into bite sized pieces.
- 8 enjoy!
