Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb chicken, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 carrots, cut into sticks
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) package thin rice noodles
- black pepper
Recipe
- 1 place noodles in bowl and cover with warm water to soften.
- 2 heat a large skillet to medium high heat. add little bit of oil and sauté the chicken until done.
- 3 remove from the skillet and add carrots, celery, and cabbage. cook for a few minutes until slightly tender.
- 4 drain the noodles and add them to the skillet.
- 5 put the chicken back in and add the soy sauce and pepper to taste.
- 6 you may garnish with green onions if you like.
- 7 for a party, add things like lamb or shrimp chopped into small bite size pieces.
