Simple Slaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/2 cup fat-free buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 12 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 4 ingredients, stirring with a whisk.
  • 2 place cabbage and onions in a large bowl. spoon buttermilk mixture over cabbage; toss to coat.
