Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 medium onions
- 1 teaspoon parsley (dry)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/2 cup carrot (sliced)
- 1 cup cabbage (chopped)
- 1 (14 ounce) can beans (lima)
- 16 ounces tomatoes (stewed)
- 6 cups beef bouillon
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup spaghetti (broken)
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (optional)
Recipe
- 1 brown meat and onions.
- 2 place in large pot.
- 3 add garlic and celery. cook for 10 minutes stirring continually.
- 4 add 6 cups of beef bouillon and remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese.
- 5 bring to boil, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
- 6 add spaghetti and simmer till tender. (~10 minutes).
- 7 serve and add parmesan cheese on top.
