Italian Sausage And Cabbage

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 -8 lean hot italian sausages
  • 1 cabbage, cut into 8 wedges
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 place sausages in the bottom of a dutch oven or casserole with a cover.
  • 3 place cabbage over sausage and add water.
  • 4 dot cabbage with butter, cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
