Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 6 cups shredded cabbage
- chopped fresh dill
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Recipe
- 1 heat oil. add onion and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
- 2 add 2 tablespoons water, the cabbage, dill, sugar, salt and pepper; cover and simmer until wilted but still crunchy.
- 3 add vinegar and toss.
