Halusky And Potato Dumplings-pittsburgh Post-gazette

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 -3 lbs green cabbage, chopped
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi, cooked
  • 1/2 lb butter (2 sticks)
  • 1 -2 medium onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in a large skillet.
  • 2 add the cabbage and onions and cook until tender.
  • 3 season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 4 add the cooked gnocchi and toss and serve.
