- 1 large carrot
- 1 cup cabbage
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 peel the carrot and grate it. grate the cabbage.
- 2 mix the mayonnaise, sugar, salt and black pepper.
- 3 add the mayonnaise paste to the shredded carrot and cabbage.
- 4 mix well.
- 5 chill in refrigerator.
