Coleslaw - For Low-carb Diets

Ingredients
- 1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar substitute, for recipes
- 6 cups thinly shredded green cabbage (420 grams)
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon no-salt salt substitute or 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 note: you may substitute 1/2 cup cream and 2 tbs mayo for the 1/2-3/4 cups mayo.
- 2 thinly slice cabbage with knife.
- 3 cut shreds into 1-inch pieces.
- 4 put in bowl.
- 5 add all other ingredients and stir to mix well.
- 6 chill; stir before serving.
