Coleslaw - For Low-carb Diets

Ingredients

  • 1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar substitute, for recipes
  • 6 cups thinly shredded green cabbage (420 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon no-salt salt substitute or 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 note: you may substitute 1/2 cup cream and 2 tbs mayo for the 1/2-3/4 cups mayo.
  • 2 thinly slice cabbage with knife.
  • 3 cut shreds into 1-inch pieces.
  • 4 put in bowl.
  • 5 add all other ingredients and stir to mix well.
  • 6 chill; stir before serving.
