Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 lbs cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup onion, grated
- 1/4 cup carrot, grated
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar (i substitute apple cider vinegar)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl mix together cabbage, onion and carrots.
- 2 in separate bowl mix together mayo, oil, vinegar, sugar and salt.
- 3 pour liquid mixture over cabbage mixture and stir.
- 4 refrigerate overnight or for several hours before serving.
