Cole Slaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup onion, grated
  • 1/4 cup carrot, grated
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar (i substitute apple cider vinegar)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl mix together cabbage, onion and carrots.
  • 2 in separate bowl mix together mayo, oil, vinegar, sugar and salt.
  • 3 pour liquid mixture over cabbage mixture and stir.
  • 4 refrigerate overnight or for several hours before serving.
