Cabbage Roll Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (398 ml) can tomato sauce
- 398 ml water
- 1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- sour cream
Recipe
- 1 brown beef with onions. add garlic, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and water. bring to a boil and stir in rice. cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 2 place half the cabbage in a greased baking dish; cover with half the rice mixture. repeat layers. cover and bake in 350f oven for 1 hour.
- 3 serve with sour cream. may be refrigerated before baking.
