Ingredients

- 1 large head cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 large onion, sliced and seperated into rings
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup oil
Recipe
- 1 mix cabbage and onions.
- 2 sprinkle evenly with sugar.
- 3 combine remaining ingredients and bring them to a boil.
- 4 pour liquid over cabbage and onion.
- 5 let stand 12 hours.
- 6 refrigerate.
