Twenty-four Hour Slaw

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1 large head cabbage, shredded
  • 2 medium bermuda onions, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 bring vinegar, sugar, mustard, and salt to a boil. remove from heat. combine salad oil, cabbage and onion. pour hot sauce over cabbage mixture. cover and refrigerate. will keep about 3 weeks in refrigerator.
