Creole Cabbage

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 small cabbage, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef and drain.
  • 2 add chopped onion, pepper, garlic and butter to meat mixture.
  • 3 add tomatoes, tomato sauce and chopped cabbage.
  • 4 salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5 cover and cook until cabbage is tender.
