- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 cucumber, chopped

- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
Recipe
- 1 mix cabbage, onion, carrot, cucumber, salt and pepper together.
- 2 mix vinegar,oil, and sugar in an jar and shake well.
- 3 pour over slaw.
- 4 refrigerate overnight.
