Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 3 ounces ramen noodles, broken into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • seasoning packet from noodles

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 4 ingredients.
  • 2 whisk together next four ingredients.
  • 3 toss dressing into cabbage.
