Okonomiyaki

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 100 g shredded cabbage
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 slice ham or 1 slice bacon, diced
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Recipe

  • 1 combine the flour, water, egg, salt & pepper.
  • 2 add shredded ham or bacon and cabbage.
  • 3 pour enough oil into a pan to cover base.
  • 4 when oil is heated, add all or half the mixture.
  • 5 brown on both sides.
  • 6 combine the barbecue sauce and mayonnaise and smear on the fritters to serve.
