Ingredients

- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 100 g shredded cabbage
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 slice ham or 1 slice bacon, diced
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 combine the flour, water, egg, salt & pepper.
- 2 add shredded ham or bacon and cabbage.
- 3 pour enough oil into a pan to cover base.
- 4 when oil is heated, add all or half the mixture.
- 5 brown on both sides.
- 6 combine the barbecue sauce and mayonnaise and smear on the fritters to serve.
