Lamb And Red Cabbage

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 lbs boneless lamb shoulder
  • 1 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle roast with salt and pepper and brown in heavy skillet, about 5-6 minutes, turning until browned on all sides.
  • 2 combine cabbage, onion, brown sugar, vinegar and water into slow cooker.
