- 4 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 lbs boneless lamb shoulder
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle roast with salt and pepper and brown in heavy skillet, about 5-6 minutes, turning until browned on all sides.
