Cranberry And Walnut Coleslaw

Total Time: 3 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 cups red cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 cups green cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

Recipe

  • 1 mix dressing ingredients together.
  • 2 put coleslaw ingredients into bowl and toss with dressing.
  • 3 cover and let refrigerate about 3 hours before serving.
  • 4 stir and drain off all liquid before serving.
  • 5 slaw will keep for about 5 days covered and refrigerated.
