Ingredients

- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 cups red cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 cups green cabbage, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
Recipe
- 1 mix dressing ingredients together.
- 2 put coleslaw ingredients into bowl and toss with dressing.
- 3 cover and let refrigerate about 3 hours before serving.
- 4 stir and drain off all liquid before serving.
- 5 slaw will keep for about 5 days covered and refrigerated.
