Red Cabbage

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 red cabbage
  • vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • clove
  • 1 sour apple (granny)

Recipe

  • 1 chop the red cabbage.
  • 2 heat oil in a pot.
  • 3 saute red cabbage in oil.
  • 4 add vinegar.
  • 5 add 1 tbsp sugar.
  • 6 add 1/2 tsp salt.
  • 7 add clove.
  • 8 chop 1 granny apple and add.
  • 9 cook until softened.
  • 10 add flour on top to thicken.
