Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 cups broccoli, chopped in 1 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 cup chinese cabbage, shredded
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 8 ounces rice sticks (called bijon)
Recipe
- 1 saute' broccoli, onion, mushrooms, and celery for about 2 minutes.
- 2 add carrots and cook an additional 2 minutes, then add cabbage.
- 3 break rice sticks apart; soak in warm water until tender. drain and add to vegetables.
- 4 add soy sauce - mixing well.
