- 2 pieces chinese cabbage, julienned
- 1/2 fresh mandarin orange
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 salt the cabbage, knead gently and squeeze out the liquid.
- 2 remove the membranes from the orange sections.
- 3 combine remaining ingredients. toss with orange sections and cabbage.
