My Mil's Coleslaw

Ingredients
- Servings: 15
- 4 -5 lbs cabbage
- 2 large carrots
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1 medium onion (large if you prefer)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4-1/3 cup vinegar
- mayonnaise (just enough to hold ingredients together)
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, chop cabbage, carrots, peppers and onion.
- 2 chop them one-at-a-time-- not all together.
- 3 put into a large bowl and add remaining ingredients.
- 4 mix well.
- 5 best prepared the day before you plan to serve to allow flavors to blend and juice to form.
