Littlemafia's Hungarian Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika

Recipe

  • 1 slice cabbage head into slaw.
  • 2 mince onion and green pepper and add to bowl.
  • 3 add vinegar. sour cream,sugar,salt and pepper.
  • 4 place your hands into the slaw, mix and squeeze the slaw so it makes some juice. this will make the slaw limp.
  • 5 taste, add more salt if needed. add more vinegar if wanted.
  • 6 sprinkle paprika. refrigerate till serving time.
  • 7 good the next day also.
