Ingredients

- 1 head of cabbage
- 1/2 small onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 slice cabbage head into slaw.
- 2 mince onion and green pepper and add to bowl.
- 3 add vinegar. sour cream,sugar,salt and pepper.
- 4 place your hands into the slaw, mix and squeeze the slaw so it makes some juice. this will make the slaw limp.
- 5 taste, add more salt if needed. add more vinegar if wanted.
- 6 sprinkle paprika. refrigerate till serving time.
- 7 good the next day also.
