Kimchi Hot Dogs

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup cabbage kimchi, diced
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 4 hot dog buns or 4 brioche rolls
  • korean hot mustard or yellow mustard

Recipe

  • 1 preheat grill to high.
  • 2 in a small bowl, combine kimchi, honey and vinegar; set aside
  • 3 grill the hot dogs until brown and crisp.
  • 4 lightly grill the rolls until golden.
  • 5 transfer each hot dog to a roll and top with mustard and kimchi relish.
