Ingredients

- 1/2 fresh pineapple, cut into thin strips
- 2 carrots, cut into thin strips
- 10 dates, pitted and roughly chopped
- 12 ounces cooked ham, cut into thin strips
- 1 head napa cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 large flour tortillas
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine the pineapple, carrots, dates, ham, and cabbage.
- 2 in a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, vinegar, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper. pour the dressing over the slaw; toss.
