Country Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 3/4 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 slices bread
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Recipe
- 1 toast the bread and crumble.
- 2 cook the cabbage for 8 minutes in salted water drain.
- 3 preheat oven to 350.
- 4 fry bacon until crisp.
- 5 sautee onion and pepper until soft.
- 6 toss everything together in a casserole dish and bake for about 25 minutes.
