Chorizo Lentil And Black Bean Hash

Ingredients

- 1 lb chorizo sausage, casing removed
- 1 1/2 cups black beans
- 1/2 cup cooked lentils
- 1 teaspoon reduced sodium beef bouillon paste, such as better than bouillon
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 fry chorizo for 10 minutes till done draining excess grease.
- 2 add all other ingredients.
- 3 bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer till thickened, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
