Bierochs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 5 cups flour
  • 1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 8 tablespoons melted butter

Recipe
