Stuffed Cabbage Roll Skillet

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 large cabbage leaves (cooked and drained)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix 2 tablespoons of soup with rest of ingredients.
  • 2 divide mixture among cabbage leaves.
  • 3 fold in sides.
  • 4 roll up and secure with toothpicks.
  • 5 in skillet, place rolls seam side down.
  • 6 add remaining soup.
  • 7 cover; simmer on low 40 minutes.
  • 8 every 10 minutes, spoon sauce over rolls.
